DC Care act for Rosewood Care services limited

Mr Rehman, an established operator, worked closely with Anita Allen and Clare Jones at DC Care as he acquired Brooklands Care Home in Liverpool and Polefield Nursing Home in Manchester.

The care homes, registered for 49 and 40 respectively, provide an ideal addition to Mr Rehman’s geographical group.

Mr Rehman commented "This was our first acquisition working with DC Care and we were truly delighted with the level of personal service we received. We are keen to expand in the North of England and will be instructing DC Care to source further units for us."

Anita Allen of DC Care said "As a specialist care agent we act in the main for vendors but on occasion we are given a remit to source care facilities in specific geographical regions for operators. These two managed care homes were a strategic fit to Mr Rehman’s group.”
